Arquitectura Introspectiva / Studio
Designing space. Caring how it feels.
Arquitectura Introspectiva is David Serrano’s design practice. It begins with a question: how can a space invite you to be present?
Each project begins with the site and the people who will inhabit it. Movement, light, scale and places for contemplation shape the experience. Analysis and models help develop those decisions.
The practice focuses on private residences, hospitality and residential developments. David leads design; documentation and coordination scope is defined for each commission, along with the collaborators it requires.

Eight years at Graphisoft and experience in construction documentation and BIM coordination for large-scale real estate projects.
This background includes technical work in multifamily housing, mixed-use projects, hospitality and interiors. In those commissions, David’s involvement was in documentation and coordination; design authorship belongs to the responsible practices.
